Refund Policy
At Jatadhari Packers & Movers, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be granted for services booked through our website (https://jatadharipackersmovers.com/) or via direct communication.
Service-Based Nature
Our services are time-bound and resource-based (manpower, vehicle allocation, packing material). Once these resources are reserved or utilized, refunds may be restricted as per the conditions mentioned below.
Cancellation Before Service Start
If a customer cancels the booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, a partial or full refund may be considered after deducting administrative and processing charges.
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, no refund will be issued as manpower and vehicle allocation would already be completed.
Cancellation After Service Start
Once the service has started (packing begun, vehicle dispatched, or manpower deployed), no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances.
Advance Payments
Advance payments are made to block service slots, manpower, vehicles, and packing arrangements.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable except in cases where services are cancelled by Jatadhari Packers & Movers due to unavoidable operational issues.
Delays & Non-Service
If service is cancelled by Jatadhari Packers & Movers due to internal reasons and no alternative arrangement is offered, the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
Delays caused due to natural calamities, traffic conditions, strikes, or government restrictions do not qualify for a refund.
Damage, Loss & Claims
Refunds are not applicable for damages or loss to goods.
Any damage claims will be handled strictly as per the insurance policy selected (if any) at the time of booking.
No damage-based refund will be provided without valid proof and proper documentation.
Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.).
Refund processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after service scheduling
Incorrect details provided by the customer
Absence of the customer at the pickup location
Failure to obtain apartment/building permissions
Prohibited goods declared or discovered late
Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours)
After service commencement
Dispute Resolution
Any refund-related disputes must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion via email or WhatsApp. Our team will review the case and respond within a reasonable time.
Policy Updates
Jatadhari Packers & Movers reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
