Jatadhari Packers & Movers provides service-based logistics and relocation solutions, not physical product shipping through courier. All services are delivered through scheduled manpower, vehicles, and logistics operations.
Booking & Service Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive official confirmation from us via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding pickup address, destination, floor details, goods type, and weight/volume.
Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in delay, extra charges, or cancellation.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are based on the details provided by the customer.
Final charges may vary based on actual volume, distance, manpower required, packing material used, or additional services.
Advance payment may be required before shifting.
Full payment must be completed at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
All payments are non-refundable once the service has started.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on preparation and manpower allocation.
No refund will be issued for last-minute cancellations or after service commencement.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
Declare all items to be moved honestly.
Remove or declare any prohibited, dangerous, or illegal goods.
Ensure valuable items (cash, jewelry, important documents) are carried personally.
Ensure access permission, lift availability, and building permissions (if required).
Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
Explosives
Flammable items
Illegal substances
Perishable items without prior agreement
Live animals
If any prohibited items are found, we reserve the right to cancel the service immediately without refund.
Insurance & Liability
Insurance coverage is optional and must be requested before booking.
Without insurance, Jatadhari Packers & Movers will not be liable for loss due to natural calamities, fire, accidents, theft, or unforeseen damage.
Our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Delay & Force Majeure
